Innovators Toolbox

We have built an innovators toolbox on sharing with you.

The best source of innovation thinking comes through my www.paul4innovating.com posting site, where I have been building out the DNA of innovation since August 2010.

Today nearly 700 posts have been written across innovation on this site. That consistency of purpose and the engagements made have positioned me constantly in the leading thought leaders on innovation across different evaluators.

Tools are needed increasingly to be more outward-looking to see change, more clearly focused upon open innovation opportunity, and outward-focused, not inward-seeking.

We at Agility Innovation Specialists are building “Innovation Tool Time”– a toolbox to delve into and find the appropriate tool to meet the circumstances. We will happily explain our approaches to this Innovation Tool time with you.

A Unique Collection of over 200+ tools and methodologies that deal exclusively with the processes associated with innovation. This growing compendium offers an innovation toolbox to support and deliver better solutions to our clients

Many of the posts or thinking in the links describe a number of the more unique approaches and methodologies we have created and exploited.

A selection of different tools within my innovation toolkit.

There are classic ones like the Three Horizon Methodology, applying our approach to Jobs-to-be-Done in a different twist or the application of the Cynefin approach to innovation

We look at intersections, mapping, building business cases, roots of failure, examination mapping and many more

Finally what makes us different is the application of new thinking and methodologies.

Thought leadership is never an easy word to “hang on yourself” but I have really tried over many years to offer original thinking or approaches to many issues around innovation.

This has included but is certainly not limited to innovation work mats thinking and work mat design, fitness landscape dynamics, building dynamics for innovation, integrated innovation framework, exploring pathway curves, leadership alignment approaches, collaborative reference frameworks,

Plus taking unique views and opinions in pursuing innovation with a unique formula or offering an approach to aligning innovation and strategy or a common language of innovation, equally nine steps to building your innovation capabilities or collaborative innovation guideline.

To support and build out my work on innovation, we have taken the whole ecosystem and platform design thinking and built this out progressively. An opening view of “searching for new pathways” leads to connecting innovation to ecosystem thinking and having the chance to think differently about Ecosystems for innovation

The toolbox has built a tremendous toolkit of references, collected and valued over the years as does the paul4innovating posting site where over 700 posts have been “gathered” in the last ten years. Just take a view and “search for it” accordingly. Hopefully, I have covered many. This has a tagline of “Building the Innovation DNA”. It certainly tries!

Three additional dedicated sites have been carved out over the years that build on important aspects of innovation

Ecosystems and Platforms with the emphasis on innovation over at ecosystems4innovating.com. A really important part of any new thinking for innovation acceleration.

Then a site dedicated to coaching, advocacy and guiding around innovation can be found here at guide4innovating. wordpress.com that links your inner sense of innovation purpose through different methodologies and techniques.

Lastly, it is increasingly important to explore the dynamics within Innovation Landscapes and how they build your capacity to innovate over at www.innovationfitnessdynamics.wordpress.com

So a toolbox of views, techniques, and methodologies has been built that establishes innovation is my core.

A collection of innovation white papers has been built over the years as a useful “downloadable” resource called “insights and thinking”

So when you have time, come on over and have a discussion in my innovator creative “workshop” where we can find together the different tools to shape your innovation into your own “bespoke” piece.

Enjoy this toolbox, you will discover something that provides you added value I am sure
