Working through the complexities of innovation can often be daunting. It is a puzzle to understand what is already in place and what needs to be put into place. We love these types of challenge and have many different ways to lay out the puzzle, piece it together, piece by piece. Jigsaw puzzles can drive many people crazy but the one thing we have learnt is you have to have considerable patience, you need to seek out connecting pieces and you need to keep coming back to it. The only difference (well there are a few actually!) is the innovation puzzle is never ending, you always need to add more to your picture.
