How do we want to approach collaborations?

* Working to a constant aim  and (to-be-worked -out) formula, that can define actionable business challenges and possible solutions that we can immediately contribute towards ,so these can create the value quickly back to you as the client and accelerate near-term performance improvement associated with the usually very scarce resources of time spent and external outlay made by you.

* Also to  support the future  long-tern framework of innovative possibilities that emerges from this highly focused collaborative work so it can be applied over an agreed timeline to embed ‘sustaining innovation’.
