Your Needs
This is a growing collection of thoughts, observations and articles not set out to be a comprehensive one but a number of our 'random' thoughts and ideas that will enable you to begin to define what innovation means to you, what you want to achieve at this time and more importantly, what we hope you will want to talk to us about on how we can help you achieve your objectives.
We have a growing list of articles structured in different ways to navigate around, we have provided an Innovation Challenge to help rank your important issues to 'attack' and a fun way of looking at your innovation journey. We have provided thoughts to help you delve into innovation, pace your thinking, gain some greater clarity of thought and help shape your needs. We often see the culture and climate as a key 'stumbling' block in any innovation initiative and begin to prompt the thinking in this area with the aim of more to come later. There are a number of different areas to investigate and explore and generally, we hope, become a useful place to come and visit often, to help you in your thoughts and planning out any innovation initiative.
We ask you to take your time to look through these, there is a lot of experience and wisdom in not so many pages and we suggest you don't rush this, there are nuggests of real value! Thinking through innovation 'deeply' is a critical step that quiet frankly we are all guility of not doing enough of.
Our longer term aim is to make this a broader innovation knowledge centre but that is much further down the road than present as this is not our primary focus, that is supporting your innovation building of capabilities and capacities through our structured processes.
