We have iniitally provided some simple prompters in this section:
1. The most important for us is knowing the innovation challenges you want to tackle. This page prompts your thinking and if you share these with us we can then provide some further ideas on tackling these.
2. We have provided (hopefully) a humorous take on what lies ahead for any innovation journey. The path is not so easy and filled with plenty of pitfalls and dangers!
3. We all need to 'seek greater clarity' such as the help structured innovation can provide, completing a root cause anaylsis, or simply understanding the changing conext for innovation
4. One of the hardest parts is "defining your needs" and we believe a robust building of a business case is paramount. We offer a very comprehensive approach to the Business Case
5. The pressure to innovate comes from everywhere and everyone. Knowing the different views can help, take a look at this ppt presentation, it might help to frame this pressure for all to understand.
6. The culture and climate for innovation to survive, thrive and grow into something profound takes time. We focus an awful lot on these, ask us to suggest some helpful building blocks to aid your needs.

Finally our longer term aim is to make this a broader innovation knowledge centre but that is much further down the road than present as this is not our primary focus, that is supporting your innovation building of capabilities and capacities through our structured processes.
