No two clients have the same factors when it comes to innovation. The context of where they are, their market position, their working environment and the resources they can bring to innovation are all different, all unique. We treat customers individually, there is no other way. firstly we have to understand what they are trying to achieve, what they have as resources and capabilties to get them to the goal, sometimes even the goal is not right or clear or even changes. We complete a lot of diagnostics and have a number of structure and semi structured dialogues to get a clearer understanding. Then once this has been discussed and agreed on the 'present state of play' then and only then, we can embark on a course of action.
